  Notes	There is a public notice that appared in the Ipswich Journal on Saturday 5 October 1771 that refers to the dwelling in which this Holden Nunn lived. The text is as follows: To be sold by auction (by Henry Steward) On Wednesday the 9th day of October and the following day, at a house call'd Hawkwoods Sible-Heddingham, Essex. All sorts of household furniture which will be expressed in catalogues to be deliver'd in due time. The sale to being at Ten O'clock in the forenoon. To be viewed form 8 in the morning till the sale begins. Likewise to be sold, a dwelling-house divided into two tenements, with a small barn, and two acres of exceeding good pasture-land adjoining, situated at Hargrave, within six miles of Bury, now in the tenure or occupation of Holden Nunn.
