IPSWICH, December l8. William H Neilson, aged 14 years, went to the Brisbane River, near Riverview Ferry, this afternoon in company with a younger brother and another lad named Burrows. William Neilson went into the water for a bathe, but sank almost immediately The other lads raised an alarm, and a man named Hansen succeeded in recovering the body in about 3ft. or 4ft. of water. Life, however, was then extinct.
